The problem of obesity becomes one of the first killers in United States besides heart attack that mostly caused by the same problem. So many researches state that all of these diseases are caused by the issues that initially are not considered as the serious one. It is the eating habit of citizen of the United States that is considered to be the bad one. So many fast food restaurants support this problem of eating unhealthily. The amount of the cholesterol that contains in those foods can be considered as the harmful one, especially if it is consumed regularly. Thus, nowadays there are so many people that move to encourage people to be able to eat healthy food as a new habit that will produce so many benefits for them.

To eat healthy food does not mean that we restrict ourselves to eat so many delicious foods. Many people wrongly takes this habit as the one that makes them suffer by eating so little, even not eating anything. This is absolutely not they meaning of eating healthily, when it is made to be the one that brings people into suffer moreover depress in their life.

To eat healthy food will be the one that is able to complete all the nutrition that is needed by the body to perform at its best to support so many aspects of people’s life. The amount of the food itself does not need to be excessive as well as too limited, yet it is more to be the one that is enough for the condition of different people.
